- Use the right bed frame. Make sure it has a center support.
- Rotate the mattress head to toe once a month. If the mattress is two-sided, flip and rotate it once a month.
- Try to avoid sitting on the edge of the mattress . This can weaken the side of your mattress.
- Avoid using the mattress as a trampoline.
